Taifun’s Natural Fermented Tofu, AKA “FeTo” is an inspiration! Taking their plain tofu and fermenting this with vegan yoghurt cultures has created this truly special product, which needs little embellishment.

Its tart, finely-balanced flavour and slightly soft but firm texture make it perfect for blending into pâtés and dips, serving over salads, and topping soups. It is perfectly suited to cooking, but is delicious, cold, too! Taifun believe this tofu is a good introduction to tofu for those who have not tried it before.

Its fermented flavour make it slightly cheese-like, and it is recommended to serve it with melon, or atop a Greek village salad. It would also work well in pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and much more… the possibilities are endless!
