Made with cashews and cultures, it’s a creamy, soft, sophisticated cheeze that stands up to its traditional counterparts.
It works extremely well in sandwiches, salads, pasta, and pizza. It would be very much at home on a vegan cheeseboard with crackers and crudités, or simply squished onto a crusty French baguette – it would be great on a picnic!.
